Cookie Vission launches its first-ever pop-up location at K11 Musea

Hong Kong’s hottest cookie creations are coming to K11 Musea this Autumn. 2020 has well and truly been the year of the cookie and it’s not over yet. Crispy, soft and gooey the sweet treats from Cookie Vission, will be available at K11 Musea for two months only, from Thursday, 1st October. Located in the G/F Kiosk 033A of MUSE EDITION, and served from a retro-style food truck, the pop up will be in place until 30th November, introducing two new and exclusive cookie flavours to keep Hong Kongers on their toes!

Exclusive flavour: Hong Kong Milk Tea Crème Brûlée

Previously only available online and in Meraki restaurants, the pop-up comes in-demand as a teaser to a flagship store opening on Hong Kong Island later this year. Cookie Vission takes the dessert game by storm bringing five signature lava-centred flavours to its first pop up location; The rich, nutty and chocolaty Hazelnut Nutella (HK$40), Triple Chocolate (HK$40) with dark, milk and white chocolate chunks, the popular Portuguese Egg Tart (HK$50), Funfetti Cheesecake (HK$40, topped with colourful fruity pebbles and Matcha Macadamia White Chocolate Chip (HK$50) with its signature molten matcha ganache filling.

A nod to Canto-cookie delights, the brand new Hong Kong Milk Tea Crème Brûlée (HK$50) creation will be exclusively available throughout the first month. A silky and creamy milk tea filling is enclosed in a chunky, yet chewy, cookie casing with the final blow-torched touch finished on-site, to replicate the famous French brûlée dessert.

Next, an innovative Hong Kong Egg Waffle (HK$50) cookie is available throughout November. Reimagining the iconic street snack, this one-time-only flavour combines the much-loved local dessert with New York-style cookie dough, baked to crispy and gooey perfection.

Getting in early is highly encouraged, as the exclusive flavours will be free to the first twenty five cookie enthusiasts in line on the first day of each month.

The Cookie Vission pop-up will also serve home brewed Cold Drip Coffee (HK$40), using a slow extraction method from Mamma Always Said, resulting in a smoother and extra concentrated taste. Served over ice or topped with tonic, Mamma’s Cold Drip pairs perfectly with the indulgent sweet treats, for an afternoon pick-me-up or a refreshing sip.

The pop-up will be open every day from 12:00 to 21:00 from October 1st – November 30th 2020.
